The Daddy Mountain

As some of you know I am a lover of children's books and reading in general. I love how books take you away to far away places or just make you laugh when you need a good laugh. I came across a book called "The Daddy Mountain" by Jules Feiffer. This is a great book about a little girl that has declared that she will climb this daddy mountain, with no help, until reaches the top and she "won't look down". She does get to the top after a few very scary moments and she calls her mom in to show what she has done. The last picture is fantastic of the mother covering her eyes and screaming. Of course, the dad's response is "She's fine..." I have read this book a million times to my girls and they love it. But I need to let you know that it needs to have a warning label on it saying that if this is read to a child they will want to try it out.
